For 90 years, All Saints' has allowed its members and community to utilize the gym as a place to serve meals, hold classes, and sporting events for all to enjoy. We continue this tradition by allowing interested members and organizations to rent the space for their events and classes.

What will I need to make a reservation?
You will need the following in order to lock in your reservation or rental space:

What is the Gym's capacity?
The gym can hold up to 200 people comfortably without table or chair arrangements.
Are tables and chairs available for rent?
Tables and chairs are available for rent. However, we only have about 30 tables and 150 chairs, some of which may be located at another building. If they are used, please ensure they are returned to the locations they came from. You may bring your own tables and chairs to set up, but please do not take any of our items home as replacing them would be a costly expense for us.
What times are available for rent?
Please view the Master Calendar for a list of dates, times, and locations available. We do ask that events remain within the time-frame of 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, as staff may need to be present to lock and unlock the building for you. If you are a regular tenant, you will be entrusted with the code or a key to use the facilities freely.
Do we clean up ourselves or can we pay for this service?
Please kokua and clean up the facilities after all your events for the next person to enjoy. All trash must be taken off property with you before you leave, no one is allowed to use the trash bin on property as it belongs to the preschool. If you frequently disrespect the space you may be asked to vacate the premises.
How long can we lease the space?
Leases can be negotiated according to your availability. Short-Term Rentals are usually one-time or seasonal reservations. We do offer 1-year Lease Agreements for long-term tenants. Please contact the property manager for more info.
Can we bring alcohol?
Unfortunately, no. We only allow non-alcoholic events unless they are sponsored by the church.
Do we need to be a church member in order to rent the space?
Anyone can rent the space, but church and church member events take precedence over any reservation. We will do our best to give at least 2 weeks notice if there is an event conflict that would either require you to move locations or cancel a class.
Does that mean we can rent the gym for party events?
We generally reserve party events for church members. Non-church members may be able to use the gym, but we would require the same paperwork and fees as organizations renting the space to hold classes. This includes a certificate of liability, a signed rental agreement, no alcohol, cleaning up the premises before you leave, and rental fees. Members may enjoy the facilities for free.

- A certificate of insurance naming All Saints' Episcopal Church & Preschool as additionally insured.
- A completed Renter Agreement Form.
