Monday, March 21st (6:30PM), All Saints' popular Taizé Eucharist service will feature a collection of meditative and inspiring music from the Taizé community. On Tuesday, March 22 (5:30PM - 6:30PM), All Saints’ invites the community to stroll, reflect, and pray as we offer a guided walk of the Lenten Labyrinth. Wednesday, March 23rd (6:00PM), the Heavenly Hikes ministry will host its annual "Stations of the Cross at Kealia Beach". Starting at Kealia lifeguard tower, walking north along the beach path, participants will retrace the steps of Christ carrying the Cross to his crucifixion. The total route traveled is two miles. The pace is slow and is accessible to all ages and abilities. Thursday, March 24th (7:00PM), All Saints' and St. Michael's and All Angels will celebrate a joint Maundy Thursday service at St. Michael's. The gathering will begin will an Agape meal in the Parish Hall. The Maundy Thursday service will include the lirtugy of foot-washing and the celebration of Holy Eucharist. Musicians, lay leaders, and clergy from both congregations will participate in the service. Also on Thursday, March 24th, All Saints' will hosts its annual "Watch & Pray: An Overnight Prayer Vigil." The vigil will begin with Compline around 9:15PM when the group returns from St. Michael's. All are invited to participate in holding any portion of the vigil. Sign-ups will be available--stay tuned for details. The vigil will last until 11AM Friday. Good Friday, March 25th, begins with Stations of the Cross led by the Ke Akua Youth Group at 11:00AM. The Good Friday Liturgy will be offered at Noon. Following the service until 3:00PM, the Church will be open for Veneration of the Cross, quiet prayer and reflection, as we observe Jesus' final hours on the Cross.Private Prayer and reconciliation will be offered in the Columbarium Chapel and clergy will be available to offer the rite of reconciliation for those who desire to make a private confession. Concluding Good Friday, All Saints will host again When it Was Evening: A Meditation for Good Friday. In quiet darkness, this post Good Friday evening service includes prayer, scripture, Taizé chant, and meditation. Saturday, March 26th, begins with a Holy Saturday service at 7:30AM. Following the service, the Church Work Day will commence as we prepare the Church for the glory of Easter--many hands make light work! The celebration of Easter kicks-off with the Easter Vigil on Saturday, March 26th. The Vigil celebrates is the night when Christ broke the bonds of death and rose victorious from the grave. Hear the ancient stories of God's redeeming work, moving from darkness to light, from solemnity to joyful song, and celebrate the glorious Resurrection of our Lord!
